The Bawa Muhaiyaddeen Fellowship needs your support in many areas. You can now donate online through this web site. Below you will find the specific areas that need your support. We have included a brief description of each department for your information.
Publishing & New Books
All the books, booklets, pamphlets we have printed over the years are the result of hours of translation work, English editing work, endless hours in design, and then to printing folding collating cutting, and finally binding. All our hard cover books are bound by hand. Much of our book production is done by hand. M. R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen told us that the love in the hearts of his followers that worked on his books would create a beautiful fragrance in his books that would attract hearts that are attuned to that love. Help us keep the process going and the books coming, from our hearts to yours.
Mazaar Fund
The peaceful and dignified resting place of the Qutb, Muhammed Raheem Bawa Muhaiyaddeen (Ral) is in Chester County Pennsylvania. People from all over the world have made the journey to the Mazaar to pay their respect at the Mazaar of the Qutb.
Audio Department
Where the original audiotapes of M. R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen’s discourses are produced, and made available to the public.
Video Department
A limited number of exquisite video recordings of M. R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen as he discoursed to his students are archived and produced.
Archives
Where all the audiotapes from as early as the 1950’s are transferred from analog to digital format. A painstakingly slow and meticulous process, which desperately needs the support of all who want to ensure that the information M. R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen shared with everyone will be available for future generations.
Mosque
M. R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen described the Mosque as the heart of the Fellowship. All the traditional Islamic practices are observed. Salat five times each day, dhikr every morning, Jummah’ every Friday, Maulid for our Blessed Rasool (Sal.), and Maulid for Qutb Abdul Qadr Gilani, and M. R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen, Arabic classes, Quranic recitation classes, Salat Classes, and Jannaza prayers offered for the deceased.
House Fund
The House Fund is separate from the General Fund and used for: ongoing miscellaneous and emergency repairs of the main house, print shop, and carriage house, including maintenance of the plumbing, heating, and electrical systems, as well as maintenance agreements for heating and cooling. The house fund is also used for utilities—electricity, gas, water, and sewer—for the House, Mosque, Kitchen, and Print Shop. It covers the cost of supplies such as paper towels, and toilet tissue. Safety fees include: testing the elevator, fire extinguishers, fire alarms, their licensing and servicing, replacing high pressure sodium security lights and locks.
Other regular expenses include garbage removal, sewer and gutter cleaning, snow removal, and driveway repairs.
General
The General fund covers expenses incurred as we share the teachings of M. R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen with our brothers and sisters everywhere. We host several weekly meetings, as well as answer scores of correspondence, schedule speaking engagements, and oversee the day-to-day operation of the Main Fellowship House in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
