Opening the Bawa Muhaiyaddeen Mosque
When the Mosque of Sheikh M.R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen was opened, Bawa Muhaiyaddeen gave a dedication speech. At the beginning of the ceremony Dr. Max Leon and Mitchell Gilbert spoke of the accomplishment. The tape also contains closing reflections of Fellowship members. His Holiness spoke on the unity of all mankind. The taste of spiritual freedom requires us to climb up the steps of Shariat, Tariqat, Haqiqat, Marifat and Sufiyyat. The prime purpose of prayer is to fight against our own qualities of ignorance and divisiveness. Foster unity, for unity is the most exalted path in our lives.

Practicing the Constant Remembrance of God
On the morning of July 19th, 1980, Lex Hixon interviewed M. R. Bawa
Muhaiyaddeen. Lex, a student and spiritual practitioner of the worlds
great religious traditions, questioned Bawa Muhaiyaddeen about the
practice of the constant remembrance of God.
