Namaste, Shalom, Aloha, I am a longtime friend of this Fellowship as
many of you may know, and contrary to rumor I am alive. The root of all spiritual
activity is the divine spirit, and regardless of the names chosen from the
infinite possible names, there is only one. The divine is greater than all
humanity combined, yet is accessible to any one whose heart is open. Before
divisive and exclusionary elements of all spiritual faiths, there was openness
to truth and the divine spirit. Before Christian denomination, there was Jesus'
early pure Judaism (Law of Moses) and after his return from India there was
his Taoist Buddhism as expressed in the Sermon on the Mount. Before Hinduism
there was pure Vedic monotheism as expressed in the poems of the Rig Veda,
told by Manu. In the pure Sufi Islam of Bawa, the same universal connection
to the truth at the heart of existence lives on. War, terrorism, cruelty,
hatred; none of these are expressions of any spirituality, much less Islam.
Lokaa Samastaa Sukino Bhavantu -- May all beings experience pure joy. Be well,
Cyril

Bismillah Ar-Rahman Ar-Raheem. As-salaam au'laikum my brothers and sisters.
I just want to say to masha'allah for the excellent work you are doing spreading
the Love of the Beloved Allah subhana wa'atalah to the people of North America.
I am a new member to the Fold of Islam, and I try to follow the Qur'an and
sunnah and all the legal points of Islam the best that Allah subhana wa'atalah
will allow me. Insha'allah I will reach the state of Shaiyk Muhaiyaddeen someday.
I feel myself everyday being changed by the Beloved, the way I see life now
is totally different, not with my eyes, but with my heart. Al hamdullillah
for this blessing on me. I was wondering if any members of the Canadian branch
of the BMF could send me some information about Shaiyk Muhaiyaddeen. Also
I am very interested in making a pilgrammage to the mazar and the masjid in
Phil. If any groups go down from Canada please, brothers and sisters, let
me know insha'allah. Contact me at tbeers@nb.sympatico.ca insha'allah. May
the Beloved bless you in all your future doings. As-salaam your brother in

Have only recently found your website. I was attracted to it by its
kindness and compassion to people of all races and religions and because it
promotes tolerance and co-existence. I am also interested in vegeterianism
so i was delighted to know that Bawa was a vegeterian.I visit the web site
often and get a lot of blessing from it. May you go from strength to strength
and be a blessing to others.

I cannot even begin to describe the feeling of peace and being in tune
with nature when I visited the Mazar. I am truly impressed with the dedication,
hospitality, graciousness and kindness of everybody not only at the mosque
but also at the Mazar. Thank you so very much and may Allah reward everyone
of you with ever increasing joy and happiness in this life and in the hereafter.
Ameen.

Recently, I saw on television one of Bawa Muhaiyaadeen's talks. His
ideas were identical to mine and I would love to be an active member of the
fellowship. There is a saying by one of the great Prophets - Isa (Jesus -
May Allah always Bless him) - "Life is like a bridge, don't build permanent
houses on it - just cross it"

My Father Nassardin Abdullah introduced me to Bawa's beautiful Fellowship
in 1986 just before Bawa pasted away physically. I met Bawa during Ramadan
and for the first time in my Life time Zakat was given to the parents who
had children and the Zakat was twenty dollars per child from Bawa to the parents.
I was impressed by this act of charity. To this very day I'm still impressed
by the love that emits from the members of the fellowship. When my father
pasted away the fellowship was there for us and laid him to rest near Bawa's
Mazar and my brother's daughter before him. Visiting the Mazar was like the
readings of Heaven, very peaceful. I pray that one day I could spend more
time at the Mosque with the Fellowship, for now I help when I can standing
security or just giving a smile during Jumah. I love you all, peace until.
