Established by the Sufi Saint Muhammad Raheem Bawa Muhaiyaddeen in 1971, the Bawa Muhaiyaddeen Fellowship Center is located at 5820 Overbrook Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Mosque which was built in 1984 is also located on the property.

Public meetings, study sessions, classes, five-times prayer (salat) and Remembrance of God (dhikr) are conducted on a regular schedule here throughout each week.

The resting place of M. R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen, may God be pleased with him, is located in the countryside near Philadelphia. It is enclosed in a Mazar or shrine which receives thousands of pilgrims from all over the world each year.
